Profile pictures make Just Social more lively and personal: you immediately get the impression that the digital space is inhabited by people. Conversely, systems with low profile picture rates appear abandoned and anonymous. Accordingly, it is extremely beneficial for Just Social's success if as many employees as possible upload profile pictures.

Some of our customers already have digital passport photos of their employees because they need them for employee IDs, for example. In this case, we can import the images into the profiles so that an animated first impression is created right from the start. If consent to use the images is not available, this can be obtained by confirming the terms of use at the initial login.

If no images are available, some customers have developed creative solutions to still increase profile picture rates. For example, a company brought in a photographer for a few days who took professional pictures of the employees. These pictures were then also given to employees for private use free of charge — the participation in the photo campaign was correspondingly high.

If all of these are not alternatives, it should be pointed out at least via news articles that Just Social thrives on participation and uploading profile pictures ensures better digital interaction. This advice is not only helpful at the start, but can also be repeated regularly: because of its importance, you cannot give it often enough.
